Our hugely successful full day CQC Compliance Training Course have been continually developed since 2010 to meet the increasing and changing demands on owners, organisations and Registered Managers working in the Health, Social Care and Support Services.
The day begins with a look at the legislative framework, Outcomes, Regulations and associated Code of Practice. This is followed by group work looking in depth at a number of these Regulations and Outcomes along with the evidence requirements.
One of the most highlighted sessions of the day has been the updating on all the recent and on going changes in legislative requirements. Identifying how these will impact on the organisation or provision. This includes areas such as recruitment and selection, safeguarding and quality, non-compliance and enforcement. This interactive session is revised at every workshop to keep everyone up to date with changes in the Health and Social Care sector.
Information sharing and sharing good practice supports the importance of relating the days information to the workplace and the managers role.
