It operates multiple services, including educational institutions like Thornhill Park School and Aycliffe School, alongside support services for both children and adults, such as residential care, family support, and employment assistance.

The organization promotes awareness and understanding through initiatives like World Autism Acceptance Month, working to combat misinformation about autism. They also offer resources, webinars, and online support to aid families in navigating daily challenges. As part of their mission, NEAS actively encourages donations, fundraising, and corporate partnerships to sustain their services and expand their reach.
