They manage six care homes that provide tailored support for more than 300 residents, ensuring that care is centered on each individual's needs, preferences, and aspirations. Their team includes skilled nursing professionals who offer 24-hour support, particularly in their homes at Risby and their Rehabilitation Centre in Sudbury, where they assist people with complex health needs. Additionally, four of their homes provide residential support in secure settings. At the Hazell Court Rehabilitation Centre, residents work with NHS colleagues during rehabilitative stays of 10 to 14 days to achieve their goals collaboratively.
