The organization operates six care homes, assisting over 300 individuals by adapting care based on their unique needs, wishes, and dreams. The Rehabilitation Centre at Hazell Court specializes in short-term rehabilitation services in partnership with NHS colleagues. Residents typically stay for ten to fourteen days, during which they work toward personal goals with the therapy team.
