Ash House is a brand-new building in a quiet area and consists of 4 self-contained apartments within a large residential service.

Each apartment has its own front door, a large bedroom, wet room and open-plan kitchen/lounge.

Each apartment has access, via a communal hallway, to a secure communal garden to the rear of the property with a large patio space and raised lawn area.

Independence is promoted, with each individual apartment having its own doorbell at the front door of the main building.

Ash House also has a communal lounge at the rear of the property, which all residents are welcome to make use of.

Aston Road itself is quiet and had easy access to bus routes close-by, along with a local park and The Range in Willenhall
