Hiton nursing partners provide a wonderful service, the staff are very professional.and friendly They have helped my partner to build her confidence after her stroke, the staff are so encouraging in both speech and language, also supporting her to mobilize, providing plenty of encouragement. We were introduced to Hilton nursing partners on my partners discharge from hospital to the 6 week stroke pathway, Carol's confidence in her ability to.do things is all thanks to the support we received. We have also decided to continue with Hilton nursing partners now the 6 week pathway has ended, we as a family believe this has been so beneficial to Carol's recovery, the engagement and support she has received has been excellent and has proven to be so important for Carol's ongoing recovery, Thank-you for providing wonderfu support l and excellent care, our family are so pleased with Carol's progress.
