Welcome to Manor Farm Care Home, Lowestoft. We strive to offer a better quality of life to our residents through short breaks, respite or long term care packages. Our team adopts a systematic approach to the requirements of the individual, focusing upon the 5 Core KRG values of care: Dignity, Choice, Candour, Compassion and Empathy.

The home is located in Kessingland, just four miles south of Lowestoft. This lovely village boasts wonderful stretches of rural beach, which our residents enjoy during the summer months.

Manor Farm’s Registered Manager Kylie has been a part of the Manor Farm team for many years, and three of our staff team are former Great British Care Awards Finalists. All of our beds are modern profile beds, allowing us to maintain a high level of standards and care. We are proud to have a good staff retention record. Our longest serving employee has been with the home for over 30 years.

Our experienced team of nurses and care staff, led by Manager Andrea, are committed to enabling each resident to live their life as they choose, whilst taking all reasonable steps to ensure their personal safety. We are committed to providing the highest standards of care and always maintaining the dignity of our residents. We adhere to organisational values, which ensure that we provide quality care with respect and compassion.

We are extremely pleased with our most recent CQC report, which is testament to the hard work and dedication of our team to providing a very good quality of life for our residents. The staff and management team of Lound Hall are extremely proud of this achievement, and our next stop is #MissionOutstanding. We are especially proud that our care team are two-time winners at the Great British Care Awards (awarded in 2021 and 2022), and we also have many finalists amongst our staff.
